Faceted Mahogany Sea Turtle Relief

Terrapin is a dimensional carved sea turtle relief with a distinctly faceted design that gives the sculpture an almost geometric character. Viewed head-on, the turtle feels like it's swimming directly out of the wall, while the angular planes catch the light across its shell, head, and flippers.
